Entry Level MIG Welder

MIG WeldersCardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your welding career with a company that values skill development, safety, and long-term success.Position Overview:As a MIG Welder, you’ll play a key role in the production of custom automotive racks used by top OEMs. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a clean and organized facility, using MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with room for growth. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available Shift:3rd shift 7:30PM to 6AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays (7:30PM to 4AM).Duties and Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racksRead and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsInspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrityMaintain clean, safe, and organized workstationWork collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisorsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresRequirements and Qualifications:At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of welding training programMust be able to pass a welding skills testOwn welding helmet with speed lens requiredMust wear steel-toe bootsAbility to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
