Diesel Mechanic

Job Level :Entry Level (less than 2 years) Columbus Quarry, LLC in Fortson, GA is hiring an experienced heavyequipment diesel mechanic to work on site at our plant located at 3001Smith Road. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines and related systemsin heavy duty equipment used in aggregate production which includesengine, hydraulics, electronics, and fuel systems. Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues,replace faulty parts, and ensure engines operate efficiently andmeet safety standards. Troubleshooting of fuel systems,hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, circuit faults, etc. Inspect diesel and related equipment for safety and complianceissues. Attention to detail to accurately complete tasks, ensuring that noelements are overlooked Ability to work with others or own your own with little supervision Solid mechanical understanding of mobile equipment Able to work outside in all types of weather conditions Ability to work overtime as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr The Concrete Company
