Responsibilities Lead and mentor a dedicated field crew in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and custom outdoor structures. Direct daily on‑site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and up to premium craftsmanship standards. Interpret landscape designs, blueprints, and project layouts to accurately execute grading, base preparation, and stone setting. Manage the safe operation and routine maintenance of essential equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and cut‑off saws. Maintain clear communication with clients on‑site to address questions, provide progress updates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Enforce strict safety protocols on the job site to guarantee a secure, hazard‑free environment for the entire crew. Requirements Proven experience in hardscape installation, specifically working with pavers, retaining walls, steps, and natural stone. Prior leadership experience as a crew leader, foreman, or senior installer within the green industry. Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while lifting heavy materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide team members and collaborate with clients. Highly organized mindset with a keen eye for detail, grading precision, and structural integrity.
