We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON)for a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in beautiful Western Montana.
This is a great opportunity for a strong nursing leader who enjoys rural healthcare, working with a close-knit team, and making a meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience
✔ Strong Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of Acute Care, Swing Bed and Long-Term Care operations
✔ Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills
✔ A passion for rural healthcare
