Service Advisor Position
As a Service Advisor for Hilltop Camper & RV, you will interact with customers regarding their service/repair needs so they can get their Camper or RV back on the road to have more family fun. If you're rewarded by creating customers for life because of the strength of your service, please read on.
Every day you'll interact professionally with customers to document their service/repair needs, schedule service appointments, dispatch work to the service technicians, ensure all service/repairs are completed prior to the customer pick-up, and follow-up with customers to make sure their service needs have been resolved. To thrive in this position, you'll have prior work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer.
We're looking for a Service Advisor who…
- Thrives on putting customer satisfaction as a priority every day.
- Works well in an environment with interruptions and changing priorities on a regular basis.
- Asks investigative questions to understand the scope of the customer's needs and then is able to articulate and document the needs to the Service Technician assigned.
- Communicates timely, clearly, and professionally to both customers and coworkers.
- Uses technology efficiently.
Hilltop Camper & RV, with stores in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd generation family-owned camper & RV dealership that employs approximately 130 employees and sells, services, and outfits campers and RVs. Our employees help our customers find the right solution for their family fun camping needs. Our employees provide consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and quality service to their campers. We're a one-stop shop for all our customers' needs.
