A well-established, collaborative medical group in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its team—offering modern facilities, advanced technology, and strong community support just one hour from St. Louis.

Position Highlights

• Full-scope OB/GYN care across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, gynecology, surgery, and preventative women's health services
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants
• Access to robot-assisted surgical technology (DaVinci) and fully equipped procedure rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)
• Participate in a shared call schedule for work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-Year guaranteed base salary: $425K+ with productivity incentives
• $75,000 signing bonus
• $2,000/month residency & fellowship stipend for new grads

Candidate Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN – required
• Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain) – required
• DEA, CSR/CDS – required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience (2–5 preferred)
• Clean malpractice/license history – highly preferred
• Visa support needs (J1) must be disclosed at submission
