You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, ensuring you can dedicate quality time to each patient. Regular team meetings and training sessions encourage collaboration and feedback, creating a dynamic environment focused on excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations for clients with diverse physical needs using standardized assessment tools to devise individualized treatment plans.Implement therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities including manual therapy techniques, strengthening exercises, and functional training.Monitor and document patient progress using CureMD EMR, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records are maintained.Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to coordinate optimal therapeutic interventions.Educate patients and their families on exercise regimes, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on managing an adult caseload, specifically clients aged 40 to 65 who may be recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Understanding the unique challenges faced by this demographic will enable you to tailor your approach, ensuring that your interventions are responsive to their specific needs and circumstances.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New Jersey to practice as a physical therapist.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with hands-on experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and progress to patients and families.Preferred ExperienceA Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is highly desirable.Prior experience in an outpatient setting is considered an asset, though not mandatory.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential for developing and adapting treatment plans.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
