This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with autism or behavioral disorders. Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support and skill-building sessions. Collect data on student behavior and progress towards individualized goals. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans. Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed. Qualifications Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Ability to follow behavior plans and data collection procedures accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
