Job Title: Expert PowerPoint Designer

Function: Presentation & Visual Communications (parallel track — not analyst/consulting track) Level: PD-2 / PD-3 (equivalent to Associate / Senior Associate) Location: Remote

Role summary: Work with a competitive intelligence and market research consultancy. We need an expert PowerPoint designer who turns team outlines and analysis into polished, client-ready decks. The team owns the analysis and the story; this role owns how it looks — visual craft, data visualization, template and brand discipline, and consistent quality at speed. This is primarily a deck-production role (~65% of time), with the remainder split across proposal/bid assembly, statement-of-work drafting, invoicing support, and project plan upkeep in Monday.com. You do not need to be a life sciences expert. You do need to follow an outline and its intent well enough to build a coherent, well-sequenced deck without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

Deck production (primary):

• Build client-ready decks from team outlines and analysis — for proposals, capabilities overviews, kickoff presentations, and final analytical reports.

• Apply and maintain the Veritas est template and brand system across every deliverable.

• Turn tables, findings, and raw data into clear, well-designed charts, frameworks, and visuals.

• Own visual quality control: layout consistency, alignment, typography, spelling, formatting.

• Execute at speed across multiple concurrent decks and fast turnarounds.

Business & project support (secondary, ~35%):

• Format and assemble recruitment/proposal bids and statements of work from templates.

• Support invoicing and basic billing coordination.

• Maintain project plans, timelines, and task status in Monday.com.
