Associate Creative Director, Copy

Passionate about storytelling and strategic communication, the fully remote Associate Creative Director, Copy will mentor a team of writers, create compelling messaging strategies, and ensure brand voice consistency across various healthcare marketing materials. Key responsibilities Be the brand voice expert, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all written materials Mentor and develop a team of Copywriters and Senior Copywriters to enhance their writing skills and strategic thinking Create and refine messaging strategies that align with brand positioning and market insights Required qualifications Proven experience as a master copywriter with a track record of crafting impactful and compliant messaging Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding creative teams Strategic thinking abilities to understand the influence of copy on brand positioning and engagement Expertise in adapting tone and voice for various audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients Meticulous editing skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines
