Description:

As a Busser at FARMSHOP, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include setting up tables, clearing and cleaning them efficiently, and assisting servers as needed. You'll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant while providing friendly, attentive service to our guests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and glassware before guests arrive.
• Clear and clean tables and chairs promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Support servers by refilling drinks, delivering items, and addressing guest requests.
• Keep the dining area, including floors, clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Provide friendly, attentive, professional service to guests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

Skills/Abilities:

• Food handler certification required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a quick, flexible learner.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, at times stressful, environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, move, and/or push up to 35 pounds.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods (shifts of 8+ hours).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
