Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join growing team. In this role, you will manage a book of business valued at $2.5 - $3 million in premium, focusing on personal lines accounts. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000+ (depending on experience) Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits provided Responsibilities Manage a book of business consisting of 90% standard and 10% high-value personal lines accounts. Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, renewals, and servicing. Collaborate with team members and utilize tools such as AMS360 and EZLynx to ensure efficient account management. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and carrier guidelines to provide accurate and competitive quotes. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in personal lines account management (10+ years preferred). Proficiency in rating with carriers such as Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, and Liberty Mutual. Familiarity with AMS360, EZLynx, Outlook, and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Must be able to work in-office (remote or hybrid work is not available for this position).
