URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Skilled & Passionate Female Only Cleaning Services Needed For One Time Deep Cleaning Of Bedroom, Bathroom, Closets & Hallway

-Looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled female-only cleaning crew or independent professional who can be both sympathetic and accommodating towards the unique sensitivities and distinct protocols of a strict germophobe during the thorough and heavy-duty deep cleaning of a basement bedroom, bathroom, adjacent hallway/entry area, & closets. These areas are generally kept quite neat & tidy already, but could really use the specialized skills of a talented professional to take it to the next level and provide a complete & major deep cleaning of every nook & cranny from top-to-bottom. *Scope of Work:*

• Surfaces & High Reach: Deep cleaning of all walls, floors, baseboards, and ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom, dusting & organization of all shelves/desks/drawers/closets, and cleaning of the bedroom window.
• Furniture: Lifting/moving furniture to clean underneath and behind, removing pet hair from chairs and rugs, carefully wiping down TV/picture frames/computer monitors & other electronics, vacuuming/shampooing/steaming bedroom rug and replacing sheets/blankets on bed. I will provide fresh linens so any laundry work is not necessary.
• Bathroom: Complete deep clean of the shower, toilet, sink, countertop, mirror, and floor/rug.
• Assistance: I will be on-site and available for the entirety of the job to safely move any heavy furniture, handle any necessary physical lifting, and assist in any other way that would be helpful to you during the cleaning process. I can also provide certain tools/supplies if necessary, such as a vacuum, carpet steamer, mop, broom, stepladder, and many others; though would prefer if you brought as much of your own equipment as possible. Just let me know in advance what you will require from me to get the job done safely & properly and I will make sure you have full access to it.

*MANDATORY SAFETY & HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS:*

• I am a strict germaphobe with highly specific boundaries & sensitivities regarding people in my living spaces that MUST be taken seriously at all times during completion of the job. In the context of cleaning, this primarily just applies to strict yet very simple PPE requirements and closely following all given instructions regarding the safe & proper disposal of any used/dirty equipment, chemicals, and tools during the cleaning process. The following rules are absolute prerequisites with ZERO exceptions:
• A properly fitted mask and high-quality pair of disposable gloves (latex strongly preferred, nitrile if you're allergic) must be worn AT ALL TIMES while inside the home. PPE should not be intentionally removed or adjusted in any way that could risk exposure of hands or face during cleaning. Gloves and masks MUST NEVER be removed for ANY reason while inside of the home and must be immediately & quickly replaced if they mistakenly are.
• If you prefer to wear any kind of heavy-duty rubber cleaning gloves for certain tasks during the job, a layer of disposable gloves MUST be worn underneath them at all times.
• ANY & ALL masks and gloves used during cleaning must be safely & properly discarded in the disposal bin that will be provided to you during the cleaning process and before leaving when the job is complete. This also includes ALL heavy-duty reusable rubber gloves that were used in ANY way during the cleaning process if you chose to wear them. All discarded objects placed in the disposal bin during cleaning will be properly and safely handled and disposed of by me when the job is complete.
• Required PPE will be provided to you if requested, including new pairs of heavy rubber cleaning gloves, high-quality disposable latex/nitrile gloves, masks, or anything else deemed necessary by you to ensure complete safety and total success during the job; though I would prefer if you brought your own equipment if possible. Let me know what you need in advance, as well as any necessary details such as sizes or material required and I will have them ready for you upon your arrival.
• If you choose to bring your own pair of heavy-duty rubber cleaning gloves, please be prepared to dispose of them when the job is complete. If you choose to bring your own supply of disposable latex/nitrile gloves, please ensure they are of a properly fitting size for your hands and are also thick/durable enough not to snag or tear easily and expose your hands during cleaning. Longer, thicker gloves that extend high up on the arms and cover as much bare skin as possible are HIGHLY preferred; these will be provided to you upon request if necessary.
