Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team at Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their communication skills and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients with a range of conditions and diagnoses

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient communication and swallowing needs

• Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, as well as carry-over exercises and activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and goal achievement

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Participate in patient care conferences and family meetings to discuss treatment progress and goals

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

• Clinical fellowship (CF) complete

• Current licensure or certification in the state of Tennessee

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
