Associate, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate QC Analytical for cell therapy manufacturing at its Devens facility. The role involves performing quality control testing on in-process and final product samples, supporting documentation and investigations, and contributing to continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples
• Review GMP documentation and verify data accuracy
• Support deviation investigations, CAPA activities, and document revision efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and may train other analysts
• Execute assigned tasks in fast-paced team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science preferred; Associate's degree with equivalent work experience considered
• 0-2+ years analytical testing or QC experience in regulated environment preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic laboratory techniques and safety practices
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and apply scientific principles to analytical work
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication
• Experience with cell and molecular biology techniques (flow cytometry, qPCR, aseptic technique) preferred

Compensation: $36.90 - $44.71 per hour
