[Responsibilities]

- Conduct detailed inspection processes on equipment and parts to verify they meet company quality standards
- Identify, document, and report defects or deviations; approve or reject products based on findings
- Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with team members to identify and prevent ongoing quality issues, making improvement suggestions
- Follow nightly production schedules and inspection goals under minimal supervision
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and proactively addressing hazards
- Utilize hand tools and small assembly equipment during inspection and testing procedures
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, providing feedback and responding to questions

[Required Skills and Experience]

- At least 1 year of experience in ESP or similar manufacturing/quality settings
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate, repetitive task completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and complete required test documentation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on results and action
- Ability to work under general supervision with strong time management and planning skills
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, move frequently, and work in varied indoor/outdoor environments

[Preferred Skills]

- Forklift operation experience
- Use of hand tools for assembly and inspection
- Experience handling small parts or with inventory control
- Familiarity with safety-sensitive environments and teamwork in manufacturing
