The hospital has a capacity of 289 beds. There is a total of 23 staff members, including a mix of RN and SW. Day shift consists of 10-13 staff members. Night shift does not have RN staff. Patient ratios are estimated at 1 RN to 25 patients and 1 SW to 40 patients. The documentation system used is Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky. Adaptability and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. The dress code is business casual. A teamwork approach is required to meet patient needs effectively.
