Job Summary:

Provide specialized inpatient rehabilitation therapy services to patients, assisting in the restoration of mobility and functional independence. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapy sessions focused on gait training, therapeutic exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
  
  
• 
  Supervise and support licensed therapy assistants in delivering patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately using paper records and ensure compliance with facility standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies and maintain a professional and flexible demeanor.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Georgia Physical Therapist license.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate inpatient rehab or acute care rehab experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit flexibility, outgoing personality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR certification and adhere to all professional standards.
