What We’re Looking For The Social Media Content Creator should have a passion for social media and the ability to create original, inventive content for BaubleBar’s social media and other marketing channels. Ideal candidates will have an eye for relevant, fast‑moving trends, be up to date on cultural moments, and be comfortable on camera to create high‑quality content in real time. This role may assist with community management across BaubleBar’s platforms and reports to the Social Media Manager. What You’ll Do Work alongside the Social team to help execute the social strategy for our core assortments and licensing partnerships (Disney, NFL, etc.) Utilize UGC on product pages, emails, ads, and wholesale partners Bring creative ideas to the table and execute quickly Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to continuously optimize and enhance platform presence and structure Work closely with the Influencer team to highlight UGC and influencer content Stay informed about updates and changes to the social media landscape Execute content ideas to completion within deadlines Work 3 full days per week onsite at our Manhattan HQ near the Flatiron Building What We Want to See 1–2 years of experience in social media Ability to work independently Comfortable being on camera A keen eye for emerging trends Strong communication and organizational skills A fun, creative, kind, and multi‑faceted personality Experience with video editing, Photoshop, and Canva Familiarity with TikTok Shop More than 1 ear piercing is a plus What We Offer Hourly rate: $19.00–$24.00 Part‑time benefits: PTO accrual, 10 paid company holidays, company‑paid life insurance, and more Company laptop, free monthly product allowance, employee discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
