Join Our Team as a Urologist

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to become part of our dynamic, hospital-centered practice located in the greater Phoenix area. This role is perfect for a driven physician who thrives in an inpatient setting, enjoys tackling complex cases, and is eager to work across multiple hospitals in a rapidly expanding metropolitan area, which ranks as the fifth largest city in the United States.

• Inpatient-focused role as a urology hospitalist, with optional opportunities for clinic or outpatient work if desired.
• Weekend call shifts ranging from 8 to 26 per year (Friday 1:00 p.m. to Monday 8:00 a.m.).
• Coverage responsibilities for approximately 3 to 7 hospitals each weekend, supported by 1 to 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a strong clinical team.
• All licensing and credentialing fees will be fully covered by the organization.

Our fellowship-trained specialists address complex issues such as vaginal prolapse and prostate cancer, employing minimally invasive and robotic techniques to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life.

Our practice is recognized as a premier destination for referrals from physicians and patients in the Phoenix area, particularly for:

• Robotic surgeries for prostate and kidney cancer, as well as sacrocolpopexy.
• Advanced treatments for incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and erectile dysfunction.

You will be joining a large, collaborative team that includes:

• Urology Specialists: Jeffrey Stern MD FACS, Aaron LaTowsky MD, David Kaplan MD, Chandan Kundavaram MD, John Mai MD, Amy Schlaifer MD, Joshua Jones MD, Oliver Ko MD
• Urogynecology Specialists: Jennifer Klauschie MD, Keri Wong MD, Hemikaa Devikumar MD, Christina Rogers DO
• Over 12 Advanced Practice Providers supporting both inpatient and outpatient care.

Our areas of expertise encompass:

• Prostate cancer, Da Vinci robotic surgery, GreenLight laser, and vasectomy.
• Incontinence and female vaginal prolapse.
• Erectile dysfunction.
• Laparoscopic nephrectomy.
• ThermiVa, Rezum, Urolift, and other advanced BPH/pelvic health therapies.

The Urology Hospitalist will be responsible for:

• Providing weekend inpatient coverage and rounding on hospitalized urology patients.
• Managing post-operative patients, handling inpatient consults, and performing urologic surgeries and procedures.
• Collaborating closely with APPs and the broader team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Incorporating clinic or outpatient sessions based on personal interest and group requirements.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Open to both new graduates and seasoned physicians.
• Welcoming both AMG and IMG candidates.
• Interest in modern, technology-driven urologic care and complex inpatient management.
