Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician Vicino on the Lake Apartments Creve Coeur, MO | Full-Time | $21.00$23.00 per hour + $2000 sign-on bonus! About the Company: Monarch Investment and Management Group is one of the top multifamily owner-operators in the country. We're looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vicino on the Lake Apartments, a 359-unit property in Creve Coeur, MO.

What You'll Do
- Complete work orders based on priority
- Make-ready units for new residents
- Interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Maintain grounds and property cleanliness
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
- Rotate on-call responsibilities with team (on-call bonus eligible)
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience
- HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
- Experience with:
- Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
- Water heaters (gas & electric)
- Drywall repair and painting
A hands-on demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview. Additional Information
