Description Family Clinical Therapist Location: Woodward, IA Pay: $61,000 – $62,400 annually Position Overview Woodward Academy is seeking a Family Clinical Therapist to provide family-centered treatment for male youth in a residential setting who are adjudicated delinquent or identified as Children in Need of Assistance (CINA). This role emphasizes family systems therapy, caregiver engagement, and reunification planning within a structured normative culture model. The Family Clinical Therapist works collaboratively with youth, families, and multidisciplinary team members to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and support sustainable behavioral change beyond placement.
