Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets.

When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! As a Senior Catering Manager, you're not just overseeing the planning and execution of catered events – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
