Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Statesville, NC
Setting: Clinic
Population Served: Ages 3-9 (most common age is 3-6)
Years in Operation: 1 year
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Manage a caseload of ~5-7 clinic-based clients, maintaining 26–28 billable hours based on client needs (not rigid productivity targets).
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support meaningful skill growth.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on coaching to ensure high-quality implementation of programs.
- Partner with the Clinical Director and team to review progress, adjust programming, and support strong clinical outcomes.
- Maintain clear documentation and family collaboration to ensure ethical, consistent ABA services.
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: 5-7 clients
- Billable hour expectations: 26-28 hours per week (on average)

- Base salary: $85-95K
