Shift Leader

Shift Leader Requirements & Qualifications

Customer service or food service experience within the FAST FOOD industry
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and influence others
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must meet minimum legal age requirements for managerial roles

Shift Leader Preferred Background & Skills

Prior FAST FOOD restaurant experience
Familiarity with restaurant systems (such as POS, KVS, or scheduling software)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Shift Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and motivate crew members to deliver consistent performance and top-notch guest service
Oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service
Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and support for new team members
Handle basic cash management tasks and assist with inventory counts and waste tracking
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, driving guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor standards while maintaining a safe environment
