About the Role Assistant Program Director to provide oversight for our five‑bed Community Residential Treatment Program (CRP) that specializes in providing supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home in Nashua, New Hampshire. Responsibilities Assist the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program. Perform administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and training. Supervise staff. Provide group and individual counseling and crisis intervention. Carry out on‑call responsibilities as part of the management team; availability required on some nights and weekends. Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree in human services (or equivalent) and five years of supervisory experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary & Benefits Salary starts at $55,000 based on education and experience. Competitive salaries and a supportive environment that allow for creativity and empowerment.
