Terminal Operator

ConGlobal is hiring Terminal Operators to support safe, efficient intermodal and terminal operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate yard hostlers, forklifts, and container-handling equipment to load, unload, and stage containers for rail, ocean, and truck customers. You will inspect equipment, follow strict safety and rail yard procedures, and use basic technology to track and document moves. Working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with dispatchers and mechanics to keep freight moving and support continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow into lead, maintenance, or supervisory roles.
