Position Description Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. Major/Essential Functions Program and project management: Oversee the assigned day-to-day operations and logistics of the program. This includes creating schedules, assisting with recruitment, and evaluating results. Financial oversight: Track expenditures, handle invoicing, and process travel. Communication and reporting: Serve as the primary liaison between program staff, stakeholders, partners, and other departments. Administrative support: Maintain program records, manage data entry, and organize meetings and events. They must ensure all administrative processes run smoothly. Compliance and policy: Ensure that the program operates in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. In specialized fields like healthcare or education, this involves a deep knowledge of specific standards. Occasional Duties Special projects assigned by program directors or supervisor. Required Qualifications High school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Undergraduate medical education clerkships or Graduate medical education residency or fellowship. Bachelors degree in a related field.
