Bulk LoaderPay: $23.75 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 1st Shift; 5:00 AM to 1:30PM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. Omnium manufacturing team, responsible for bulk material handling activities that support the safe, efficient production of high-quality crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products. The Bulk Loader plays a critical role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, transferred, and shipped while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.Key Responsibilities:Safely load and unload bulk tankers in accordance with established procedures and safety requirementsOffload, position, and move railcars to support production and shipping needsManage and monitor bulk tank inventory to ensure accurate product levels and material integrityCoordinate closely with the Lab, Formulation, and Production teams to ensure products meet quality specifications prior to transfer or shipmentFollow all safety processes and actively promote safe work practices for yourself and othersEnsure all quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed during bulk handling and transfer operationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of bulk loading, unloading, and storage areasDemonstrate strong attendance, adaptability, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCollaborate with Leads and Management to complete daily work assignments and support overall plant operationsRequired Experience and Skills:Must be 18 years or older1 year or more of work experience in any industryBasic computer and math skillsAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshootStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectfulPreferred Experience:1+ year of manufacturing work experienceMachine operation and/or forklift experiencePhysical Requirements:Able to lift/carry up to 50 poundsFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are presentAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
