Relocation assistance – Support provided for qualified candidates. Your Role as an Internal Medicine Physician: Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients. Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. Work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs. Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation. Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only). Why Port Orange?
