Overview Connect Search is hiring a Demand Planner in Janesville. Responsibilities Develops and maintain accurate demand forecasts Manages exceptions and overrides to ensure forecast accuracy and responsiveness Generates new forecasts for new parts, incorporating market intelligence and historical analogs Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business objectives Conducts obsolescence and excess inventory analysis, providing actionable recommendations to minimize waste and cost Supports warehouse balancing by analyzing regional demand and inventory levels to optimize stock distribution Continuously improves forecasting models and planning processes. Monitors forecast accuracy and key performance indicators (KPIs) Provides regular reports and insights to stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and finance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, statistics, or related 1-4 + years of demand planning / forecasting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
