Eligibility Worker

Job Summary This position helps qualify patients/claimants for governmental benefits (Medi‑Cal, VOC, SSI/SSDI, TPL, etc.) within established guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting detailed telephone screening, completing applications, submitting applications to appropriate offices, follow‑up with patients/claimants and county workers for successful completion of cases, updating information in the computer database, and performing other related duties as assigned.
