Base salary + commission + bonus opportunities ($40,000$65,000+ potential).
Hernandez Insurance Agency is growing and looking for a motivated bilingual professional who enjoys helping people and building relationships in the community.
Perfect for candidates with customer service experience in retail, banking, call centers, or hospitality, etc.

ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do:
- Help customers protect what matters most by reviewing their auto, home, and life insurance needs
- Assist clients with quotes, coverage reviews, and policy updates
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted insurance resource
- Follow up with customers who request information about insurance options
- Identify opportunities to help customers improve or bundle their coverage
- Provide friendly bilingual customer support (Spanish/English)
Youll receive training, mentorship, and support to grow your skills and income.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (retail, banking, hospitality, or call centers are great backgrounds)
- Motivated, reliable, and comfortable helping customers make decisions
- Ability to learn new systems and insurance products
- Insurance license is a plus, but not required we will help the right candidate obtain it
