ARS Rescue Rooter is expanding our Cleveland branch, and we’re looking for talented professionals to join our growing team for an HVAC Lead Installer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our next chapter of growth.

As an HVAC Lead Installer:
\n- \n
- Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems. \n
- Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper and operate with professionalism, precision, and efficiency. \n
What You Need:
\n- \n
- \n
At least 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
\n - \n
Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned
\n - \n
Working knowledge of local inspection codes
\n - \n
EPA certification
\n - \n
Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
\n - \n
Strong communication and customer service skills
\n - \n
Must pass background check and drug screen
\n - \n
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
\n
