Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (schedule may adjust as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a circulating RN within a fast-paced surgical services department handling approximately 8 cases per day across 4 OR suites and 1 Endoscopy Suite
• Support a high volume of orthopedic, sports medicine, general, gynecological, C-section, and endoscopy cases
• Assist with room turnover and cleaning in collaboration with OR techs and support staff
• Participate in on-call coverage, including weeknight call (typically 4 nights per month, 3:30 PM–7:00 AM) and weekend call (typically 1 full weekend per month)
• Float to cover endoscopy suite as needed
• Utilize Epic EMR and TDOC instrument tracking system; familiarity with ProVation for endoscopy documentation is a plus

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (or eligibility) in the state of Idaho
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Strong orthopedic surgical background, including total joints, sports medicine, hands, and trauma
• Experience in endoscopy or C-section procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS recommended

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Ability to adapt quickly to a high-volume, faster-paced surgical environment
