Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)!

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing, a 152-bed long-term care and rehabilitation center located in the heart of Riverdale, Georgia. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including but not limited to vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Assess and identify resident needs, communicating effectively with the team to ensure timely interventions
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care

Additional Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care with compassion and empathy
