Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville. We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team and help provide a positive dining experience for our residents.

Position Summary

As a Dietary Aide , you will assist in meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations while ensuring a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with the cook and dietary team to meet residents' nutritional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelines
• Assist with serving meals and beverages to residents
• Clear trays and operate the dishwasher
• Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels
• Prepare snacks and nourishments
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas
• Store food and supplies in a safe and organized manner
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist dietary team as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
