We look forward to receiving your application!Job descriptionA Bobtail/Flatbed Driver's primary function is to load and deliver products in a safe and efficient manner. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:Primary Responsibilities and DutiesDrive safely and operate in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws as related to motor carrier safety regulationsDeliver lubricant products, either in bulk form or package, to customers throughout the local territoriesLoad and unload product in and out of truck, in a manner compliant with company policy and state and federal regulationsOperate vehicle on and off customer sites in a manner compliant with company policy and procedure and compliant with DOTUnload products at customer locations in tanks located above and below ground or warehousesMaintain equipment according to company guidelinesMaintain electronic driving log book to state and federal regulationsComplete electronic Vehicle Inspection ReportMaintains contact with dispatch team to receive loading and delivery instructionsCommunicates any customer needs to appropriate personnelDeliver the product in a courteous, professional mannerKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCDL License - Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements REQUIREDMinimum high school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 21 years oldKnowledge of the general area in which the product will be deliveredAbility to handle multiple tasksPossession of a current Medical Examiner's certificateKnowledge of procedures to secure cargo in or on a commercial vehicleGood communication skills and detail orientedSome weekends on callPhysical RequirementsAbility to frequently bend, stoop and climbLoad and off load packages ranging in weight from 20 to 60 pounds eachMove 55-gallon drums ranging in weight from 450 - 600 pounds eachAbility to lift, push and pull up to 75lbsReport all accidents and injuries to supervisor
