Psychiatrist

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist MD/DO to join a growing mental health practice offering a hybrid care model. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and innovative environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Manage approximately 30 scheduled patient hours per week .
• Provide approximately 15 hours per week of administrative time , including supervising NP/PA providers and addressing clinical needs.
• Be available for approximately 9 hours per workday to manage patient care, messages, and clinical issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to advanced practice providers.
• Participate in advanced psychiatric treatments, including TMS and Spravato (training provided).
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric treatment approaches.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Comfortable supervising NP/PA providers.
• Willingness to learn and provide TMS/Spravato treatments (training provided).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Total Compensation: $400,000+ annually (Base Salary + Starting Bonus).
