General managers oversee all functions and operational matters of the wash location, while building sales and fostering relationships with members and customers. This role is the final stop of all matters relating to operations, sales, and employees. As a General Manager, you are not only a leader, you have a passion for developing others, working side by side with your staff to ensure that Prime is delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of our service execution.Responsibilities:Manage day to day and equipment operations of car wash facilityHiring and training of new employeesCoaching and working with employees to better themselves as well as the wash qualityDelivering strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and membersKnowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as neededOrdering of wash chemicals, supplies, and productsOperation of POS system as well as other wash computer programsRequired Qualities:Integrity, commitment, and persistenceTeam player who is not afraid to jump in and get the work doneExcellent customer service skills to guests and membersHighly motivated, high energy, goal-oriented individual with superior organizational and multi-tasking skillsThe ability to attract and retain employeesAbility to work a variety of hours and in a variety of conditions. We are open 8am-8pm every day (8am-6pm during DST) and are open 363 days a yearCompensation/Benefits & Qualifications:Salary range: Up to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualificationsPaid Time Off and Health Insurance available for those who qualify (medical, dental & vision plan options)Unlimited use of wash facility3-5 years, proven track record of success in managing day to day operation in a fast-paced team leader, manager or assistant manager positionKnowledge of cars and detailing skills a plus but not requiredCompensation: $70,000.00 per yearSwitch gears to a career that moves you and join the Prime Team!
