Location: Miami, Mexico City, São Paulo, Bogotá or Panama City, or elsewhere in the region with regular travel. Fluent English, to work with the team; fluent Spanish, to work the market; Portuguese an advantage for Brazil.

About WTE:

WTE Miami is the B2B travel marketplace for the American traveler, at home and abroad. Every major source market has an open trade show of its own: ITB for Germany, WTM for Britain, OTM for India. WTE is building that marketplace for the United States, with a Hall of Countries and a Hall of States on one floor. The 2026 edition opens on 27 and 28 October at Miami Beach Convention Center with 26 countries exhibiting. WTE is owned by Fairfest Media, organiser of OTM, Asia’s leading travel trade show, and of India’s largest travel trade show network for over three decades.

The role:

\n

\n

You will sell exhibition space and pavilions to Latin American tourism boards, destinations, DMCs, tour operators, hotels and airlines that want the U.S. travel trade. You will own a mapped universe of accounts, build proposals for country and regional pavilions, work with tourism boards’ U.S. representation, bring your accounts to the show and keep them year after year.

Who we are looking for:

\n

\n

\n
• Two or more years selling exhibitor space or sponsorship for travel trade shows, or selling destination marketing to Latin American tourism boards.
\n
• A record you can show: accounts won, pavilions sold, exhibitors retained.
\n
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese an advantage.
\n
• Comfortable selling to ministries and boards as well as to owner-managed operators.
\n
• Based in the region, or willing to travel in it most months.
\n
• Able to travel to the United States for the shows; a valid U.S. visa is preferred for that reason.

A base salary and uncapped commission on space and sponsorship sold. A product that is new to the region and priced to win. A small, senior team, direct access to the Managing Director International and the Chairman, and a show you can watch grow.
