We are seeking an experienced Lead CRNA to provide clinical leadership within a surgical center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services while supporting department operations
• Assist with team coordination and workflow improvements
• Support quality and safety initiatives
• Mentor and collaborate with anesthesia staff

Requirements:

• Current CRNA certification
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical background in surgical anesthesia
