Diagnostic Automotive TechnicianJoin our rapidly growing automotive business located in the downtown area of Eugene, Oregon! If you have a good deal of experience using automotive diagnostic tools and software and the ability to identify problems and make repairs on vehicles we want to hear from you. This is a chance to be a part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a thriving automotive service center!Position Type: Full-timeSchedule: Flexible fulltime hours between 6:15 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through FridayKey Responsibilities:Perform automotive repairs with precision and efficiency.Conduct diagnostics using computer and scanning tools.Verify the effectiveness of repairs.Training and mentoring other team members as we expand.Experience and Skills Required:Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, repair, and verification.Proficiency in using diagnostic scanning tools, vehicle hoists, AC machines, and brake lathes.Familiarity with common shop tools.Own tools preferred.Valid Driver's License, with a reasonably clean driving record (3 years).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.Qualifications:Candidates with a background in dealerships seeking a more comfortable and dynamic work environment are encouraged to apply.Compensation and Benefits:Starting pay of $20 per hour and above, based on experience (BOE).Potential for commission-based compensation down the line, rewarding high productivity.Transition possibilities into base salary and bonus structures.Anticipated total compensation of around $70,000 annually.Comprehensive training programs and opportunities for career advancement.How to Apply:If you are a skilled Diagnostic Automotive Technician ready to contribute to a growing business, please submit your resume.
