$40/hr | Per Diem

What You'll Do

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of your supervising PT
• Help residents rebuild strength, balance, and the daily-living skills they need to get back to their routines
• Track resident progress and flag changes to the PT
• Support and encourage residents through every session, especially on the hard days
• Document treatments and outcomes accurately and on time, per state and facility guidelines

What You'll Need

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Jersey
• Comfortable working with older adults in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sub-acute rehab or home care
• Familiarity with Net Health Therapy documentation software

Other things to know before you apply:

• Annual flu vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions considered)
• Offer is contingent on a negative drug screen and background check

• $40.00/hour, per diem
• Flexible scheduling
• Streamlined orientation

Schedule
Per diem, day shifts, with weekend shifts available if you want extra hours.
