How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead the delivery of specialized, dignified care for oncology and end-of-life patients, ensuring every clinical intervention prioritizes patient comfort, symptom management, and personal legacy.
• Advocate for patient quality of life by meticulously monitoring complex symptoms and pain levels, providing the care team with the real-time insights necessary for rapid, compassionate adjustments to treatment.
• Orchestrate the "circle of care" by coordinating between oncologists, palliative specialists, and chaplains, ensuring a seamless, holistic experience for both the patient and their loved ones.
• Empower families through the care journey by providing clear education on disease progression and coordinating thoughtful discharge or transition plans that honor the patient's final wishes.
• Execute complex clinical protocols with precision, accurately translating physician orders into life-sustaining or comfort-focused actions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and empathy.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

• Certification specializing in Chemotherapy.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
