The ideal candidate will have experience in wound care and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal healing outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ wound conditions. Implement and monitor wound care treatment plans. Educate patients and families on wound care management and prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care technologies and practices. Requirements Must possess a valid RN license in South Carolina or proof of pending license application. 2 years of Wound Care RN experience is required. Certifications: BLS and WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence) Certification. Pediatric experience is highly preferred.
