Position Overview As Naturepedic’s Influencer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our influencer marketing strategy across key social media platforms. This role involves coordinating influencer partnerships, managing outreach and gifting, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results for Naturepedic and its affiliated brands. Key Responsibilities Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management Research, identify, and reach out to influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values. Maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless partnership experience. Coordinate influencer gifting campaigns, tracking shipments and content deliverables. Assist in negotiating content deliverables and ensuring brand messaging aligns with influencer partnerships. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking Assist in executing influencer campaigns, from outreach to content approval and publishing. Track influencer posts, engagements, and sales performance, providing insights and reports to optimize strategies. Use Aspire or other influencer marketing platforms to manage influencer relationships, campaign execution, and reporting. Ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging and adheres to FTC guidelines. Content & Trendspotting Stay ahead of social media and influencer marketing trends to inform content strategies. Identify high-performing influencer content and collaborate with the team on repurposing opportunities. Work with the internal creative team to source influencer-generated content for brand marketing initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years in an influencer marketing role required. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices in influencer marketing. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media analytics. Experience with Aspire is a plus! Passion for organic, wellness, and sustainability-driven brands.
