Creative Graphic Designer - Nashville, TN

Develop concept and schematic designs (plans, renderings, 3D sketches). Draft and maintain CAD bases tied to GIS data. Produce site analyses, alternatives, and phasing plans. Support public workshops and design charrettes. Align projects with accessibility standards and TSP brand/design guidelines. Deliverables include concept alternatives, preferred concepts with phasing, CAD plans, and presentation materials. Develop concept and schematic designs (plans, renderings, 3D sketches). Preferred Experience & Qualifications 5+ years in landscape architecture/design (parks, trails, civic, or campus). Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (or similar) and familiar with GIS workflows (shapefiles, georeferencing, exports). Ability to create concept, schematic, and phasing plans. Knowledge of ADA/ABA universal design standards. Willing and able to travel statewide and work outdoors.
