Electrical Engineer Supporting Cutting Edge TechnologyWe are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to join our formal verification test team. This role involves completing configuration checkout and testing of boards, writing verification test cases and procedures, and executing these tests with a technician.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the formal verification test team.Complete configuration checkout and testing of boards.Write and execute verification test cases and procedures.Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and thorough testing.Utilize ARINC 429 and Holt IC's hostless ARINC 429 devices.Work with Texas Instruments' UC2625.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience working with embedded systems consisting of analog and digital electronic circuits.At least 5 years of experience with 270VDC+ motor drive bridges.7+ years of experience with isolated motor drives and galvanically isolated feedback/control systems.Familiarity with formal aspects of design per DO-254.7+ years of experience with Altium for generation and maintenance of ECAD files (schematic, board design, component management).Excellent communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Texas Instruments' Code Composer Studio and SM320F28335.Proficiency in ARINC 429, I²C, SPI, and JTAG.Experience with motor controls, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines (PMSMs), and Brushless DC Machines (BLDCs).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearlyPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
