Kit Builder

Responsible for assembling and packaging product kits in a high-volume production environment. This role uses computer-guided systems to pick, pack, and label orders accurately while following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick items and pack kits using a computer-guided system
• Label completed boxes and place on conveyors for processing
• Verify order accuracy at packing stations
• Assemble small or custom kits by hand
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and production pace

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
• Experience in fast-paced production or warehouse environments
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (team lift for heavier items)

Additional Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Packing or assembly experience preferred
• Basic computer skills

Work Environment

Clean, organized, temperature-controlled facility with a mix of standing and seated tasks. Rotating shifts may include overnight hours and scheduled breaks.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
